David P. Zarin, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Zarin practices Otolaryngology in Houston, Texas. He has been in practice since 1979. He is one of the founding partners of Texas ENT Specialists, PA, and of TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital. Dr. Zarin has been on the Board of Directors of TOPS since its inception and now serves as the Chairman and President of the Medical Staff. Previously, Dr. Zarin has been Chief of Staff at Houston Northwest Medical Center and was on their board of trustees. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology — Head and Neck Surgery, and the American College of Surgeons. He received a B.A. from Amherst College in 1970 and a M.D., from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1974. Dr. Zarin did his residency training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston from 1974–1979.
